Basic Support
245D Waiver Basic Support Services in Minnesota provide non-medical assistance and supervision to ensure the health and safety of individuals with disabilities or those age 65 and older. These services include personal support, homemaker services, night supervision, adult companion services, and respite care, all of which aim to promote independence and community connection through a person-centered approach

Intensive Support
for people with disabilities and adults over 65, licensed under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 245D. These services provide more direct assistance, including health service coordination, safe medication assistance, transportation, and direct support with activities of daily living. The goal is to improve the health, welfare, and independence of the individual in a person-centered way.

PCA/CFSS
provide home care assistance for individuals to live independently. Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) is a new program that is gradually replacing the older Personal Care Assistance (PCA) program, offering similar services like help with daily activities (ADLs), health-related tasks, and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), along with additional options like greater choice, flexibility, and the ability to purchase goods and services.
